We're strengthening our team and seeking two staff members for overnight shifts for our night patrol and service housing at Ståthållaregatan. As a nursing assistant, you work providing practical, social, and educational support, both in the individual's home within the service housing and in their home environment. You motivate and encourage individuals toward participation and responsibility in their daily lives, always with respect for self-determination and in accordance with their individual implementation plan. The target group consists mainly of elderly persons with mental health disabilities requiring significant care. In the role, you may also meet persons with comorbidities, such as substance abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, and other functional variations. In the role, you plan and carry out support, care, and service measures, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks. The work may also involve assisting service users with transfers, which requires good knowledge of transfer techniques, ergonomics, and use of assistive devices. We work in a process-oriented manner with clear structures and processes where the service user is always in focus. Through an interprofessional approach, we collaborate across professional boundaries and value your competence and commitment to developing the organization together with us. Working hours in the facilities are overnight shifts distributed across weekdays and weekends. You need to be prepared to occasionally work in other facilities. We work on an annual working hours basis with full-time as the standard. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for you who: • are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with further training in psychiatry. • have several years of professional experience as a nursing assistant • have good skills in Swedish language, both spoken and written • have basic digital competence and documentation experience in accordance with the Social Services Act • have a Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you have: • experience and/or knowledge of mental health disabilities, delegated medication handling, transfer techniques, and comorbidities and other functional variations. • experience with night work We believe you are stable, confident, and secure in your professional role.
