The residence is located in a quiet, rural setting near Julita, between Katrineholm, Vingåker, and Eskilstuna. Job Responsibilities As treatment staff at HVB Sörmlandshem, you will work closely with the young residents in their daily lives. Your responsibilities include: - Working as a primary contact person - Supporting youth in daily routines, social development, and structure - Conducting motivation work and relationship-building activities - Participating in daily activities, physical exercise, and leisure time - Documenting and following up on interventions according to current procedures Treatment work is integrated into everyday life and continues throughout your entire shift. About the role of treatment pedagogue or social pedagogue, temporary position We are now seeking temporary staff for our newly started facility. We work with commitment in everything surrounding our clients. The role of treatment pedagogue/social pedagogue involves planning, implementing and following up on educational and treatment interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is based on creating safe relationships, motivating change and strengthening the individual's ability to be independent. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You serve as a support for the client and together you develop strategies to achieve daily goals.
