HVB Sörmlandshem is a treatment-focused residential care home with five places for boys ages 13–17. The facility is well-staffed and provides structured 24-hour care with a focus on everyday-based treatment, motivation, and relationship-building work. The residence is located in a quiet, rural setting near Julita, between Katrineholm, Vingåker, and Eskilstuna. Job Responsibilities As treatment staff at HVB Sörmlandshem, you will work closely with the young residents in their daily lives. Your responsibilities include: - Working as a primary contact person - Supporting youth in daily routines, social development, and structure - Conducting motivation work and relationship-building activities - Participating in daily activities, physical exercise, and leisure time - Documenting and following up on interventions according to current procedures Treatment work is integrated into everyday life and continues throughout your entire shift. Qualifications Requirements: - Education as a social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or leisure-time pedagogue - Experience working with youth in need of support and structure - Experience with documentation/record-keeping - Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written - Class B driver's license Merits: - CBT treatment therapist/addiction therapist - Experience working in residential care homes - Knowledge of TMO, ICDP, MI - Experience from youth centers, schools, or as a teaching assistant Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident and stable in an adult role, has good collaboration skills, and thrives with structured and relationship-based work. You are responsible, patient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Work Schedule Work is conducted on a schedule basis and includes afternoon/evening shifts as well as overnight on-call duties. Evenings, nights, and weekends are part of the schedule. Additional Information The workplace is located in a rural area with limited transportation options. A driver's license is therefore a requirement.
