Legislation and security requirements For positions within a registered social service, proof of good conduct via a criminal record extract (good conduct verification) must be provided before starting. The employer ensures further staff training in accordance with § 111 of the Social Services Act. Selection process The selection process is ongoing until the position is filled. In the next round, a practical test may also be part of the selection. Good references are considered in the decision-making process. The final selection will be decided by a committee consisting of statutory representatives and senior staff members.
