Your next challenge
As a power electrician, you are responsible for ensuring that our electrical power system and power distribution maintain high availability and operational reliability. You work both with planned preventive maintenance and acute remedial measures when needed.
The role is varied and combines practical work with troubleshooting, analysis, and improvement work. You collaborate closely with both production and other maintenance functions to ensure safe and efficient operations.
In the role, you will, among other things:
perform planned and remedial maintenance within electrical power and power distribution
work with troubleshooting and fault rectification in our electrical systems
contribute to high availability and operational reliability in the factory's power distribution network and power generation
participate in improvement work to develop working methods and technical solutions
document completed work in our maintenance system
collaborate with production and other maintenance functions to plan and execute maintenance measures.
On-call duty is included in the position.
To succeed in the role
We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest and want to work long-term with electrical power in a modern industrial environment. You take responsibility for your work, work in a structured manner, and have a high safety mindset in everything you do.
We see that you have:
at least three years of secondary education with an electrical focus and at least two years of post-secondary education in electrical power, or are trained as an installation electrician with completed apprenticeship according to ECY
several years of experience working in electrical power or power distribution
experience independently planning and carrying out qualified electrical work
good computer skills and experience with business or maintenance systems
knowledge of or experience working according to ESA
B-class driver's license.
It is a merit if you have experience with:
process industry or other industrial operations
industrial power and automation equipment
PLC technology and systematic troubleshooting
MicroSCADA
automation training
ESA training.
