About the Position We are now seeking a confident and self-directed Interim HR Consultant for an exciting assignment within municipal operations. The assignment is suitable for someone who can quickly familiarize themselves with new organizations and who has solid experience supporting managers in qualified personnel and employment law matters. You will become an important partner to the organization's managers and contribute professional HR support in an environment where collaboration, quality, and a solution-oriented approach are in focus. About the Assignment In this role, you will, among other things: Provide operational management support in personnel and employer matters. Provide employment law advice and conduct employment law assessments. Support managers in rehabilitation, work environment, and cooperation matters. Assist with recruitments, relocations, and organizational changes. Engage in dialogue with union organizations and participate in co-determination and cooperation meetings. Prepare and quality assure HR documentation. At least three years of experience as an operational HR consultant or HR partner. Experience providing qualified management support within a Swedish municipality or region. Very good knowledge of Swedish employment law. Practical experience applying LAS, MBL, AML, the Discrimination Act, and the Vacation Act. Good experience with municipal collective agreements, particularly AB and current HÖK agreements. Experience with workforce reductions, relocation, rehabilitation, misconduct matters, and union negotiations. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. B-category driver's license. Meritorious It is an advantage if you also have: Experience from politically governed organizations. Experience with risk and consequence assessments under work environment legislation. Experience with cooperation agreements within the municipal sector. Knowledge of municipal HR systems and digital documentation. Residence in or near Hultsfred/Vimmerby and surrounding area.
