HR Business Partner

We're now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to take a key role in our Swedish operations and contribute to our Nordic HR collaboration. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to combine operational HR work with strategic consulting. You'll be an important partner to our managers in Sweden and also support operations in Finland. This position is primarily a 10-month temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position. Responsibilities As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a qualified support to managers on HR and personnel matters. You'll be responsible for driving and coordinating key HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding to development, salary reviews, and maintaining employee relations. You'll also: Drive and follow up on important HR processes and initiatives. Manage recruitment processes and ensure a professional candidate experience. Serve as the contact person for issues related to Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and union relations. Participate in change initiatives and contribute to the development of Nordic HR processes. You'll be an important part of a Nordic HR team where we have different areas of responsibility and strengths. A colleague has a particular focus on HR coordination and payroll, but we work closely together and jointly support managers and employees in the organization. Your Profile We're looking for someone with several years of broad HR experience who thrives in a role combining operational work with consulting and development. You have a strong interest in labor law matters and can navigate conversations with managers, employees, and union representatives. We believe you have: Academic background in HR, personnel science, labor law, business administration, or equivalent. Experience with qualified HR work where Swedish labor law and collective agreements have been a natural part of daily operations. Experience from an international and/or manufacturing organization is a plus. Good system skills and experience with HR systems as well as work with HR data and reporting. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you're structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You have the ability to build trusting relationships, handle sensitive matters with integrity, and drive processes forward with energy and thoroughness. You're self-directed and take responsibility for your areas, while also valuing close collaboration and active knowledge sharing with colleagues in the Nordic region.
