About the Position Coromatic develops and delivers solutions that ensure critical societal operations—such as hospitals, emergency services, data centers, and infrastructure—function uninterrupted, around the clock. We are now seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Halmstad. As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for your projects, from signed order to completed delivery. You work with customized backup power and energy systems and manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring deliveries occur according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves significant independent responsibility and close collaboration with both customers and internal functions and external partners. In Halmstad, we manufacture technically advanced backup power solutions tailored to each customer's needs. The solutions include backup power systems (generators and UPS), electrical distribution and control systems, as well as monitoring and control solutions. Everything is integrated into complete end-to-end deliveries that are built, tested, and completed at the Halmstad factory before installation and commissioning at the customer's site. You will be part of a competent and dedicated team that supports one another, shares knowledge, and drives projects forward together. Your responsibilities include: Lead and drive projects with responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and results. Monitor finances, forecasts, and profitability. Coordinate internal resources such as design, procurement, and production. Procure, manage, and follow up with subcontractors. Serve as the main contact with customers and build long-term relationships. Participate in construction and coordination meetings and manage changes and additional work. Ensure that production, installation, and commissioning are carried out according to plan. This position is based at Coromatic's office in Halmstad, and you report to the Project Director. Are You the Right Fit? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in project management within the technical, construction, or installation industry, and who is accustomed to managing both financial and customer delivery responsibility. Experience within electrical power is highly desirable. You have good technical understanding and feel confident learning complex solutions and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you have experience in procuring and managing subcontractors. A Category B driver's license is required.
