About the Position As a Production Technician with a focus on electrical/automation, you have a key role in developing, quality assuring, and optimizing production. You work closely with operations to drive improvements in processes and methods, while ensuring stable production operations. The role combines operational problem-solving with a long-term improvement focus and requires strong technical understanding, collaboration skills, and the ability to translate needs into sustainable solutions. Example areas of responsibility: • Support production in daily operations by quickly handling technical problems and contributing to stable operations • Troubleshoot and coordinate responses to disruptions in machinery, control systems, and other technical installations • Drive and develop production technical improvements that strengthen quality, capacity, operational reliability, and efficiency • Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in production processes, methods, and layout • Ensure operation, development, and maintenance of electrical and automation solutions connected to machinery and production equipment • Participate in technical projects, installations, and startups of new or rebuilt equipment • Develop and maintain technical documentation, instructions, and standards that support structured and efficient work • Follow up on operation, maintenance, and minor technical matters related to the facility's function The position is located at our production facility in Gullringen. You report to the Production Support Manager, start date by agreement. About You We're looking for you with education in electrical, automation, production technology, or a related field, as well as experience from manufacturing industry. You feel comfortable working closely with production involving electrical systems, automation, control systems, or technical maintenance. To succeed in this role, we see that you thrive in an environment where not everything is pre-defined. You're used to handling problems that arise in daily work, but also have the ability to step back, prioritize, and work methodically to find long-term solutions. For this role, you also need strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written, and experience working with business systems, preferably Monitor.
