About the Role of Residential Support Worker
As a residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with strong structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on the service plan, employ a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the facility's resources and budget.
We adapt our work based on each individual's conditions and needs, with the starting point being the individual's personal implementation plan. Our goal is for service users to become as independent as possible, and we support them in using their own resources to develop and achieve good quality of life. Our approach involves low-affective communication and clear pedagogy.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can identify individuals' needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Very strong ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group.
Secondary education such as child and youth program, care and health program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field.
Meriting if you also have:
Sign language/Signed Swedish skills and low-affective communication.

Terms of Employment
Employment form: Degree of service: Working hours: Rotating schedule, day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Start date: By agreement; we view it positively if you can start soon. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
