Social Services Worker (Direct Care - Caregiver)

Work location: Dolní Chřibská č.p. 302, 407 44 Chřibská We require reliability and willingness to care for clients with psychiatric diagnoses and Huntington's disease, with communication difficulties and often individuals with mobility limitations. Prior experience in direct care is advantageous, a driver's license is advantageous. We require a social services worker certification course. Other qualifications are advantageous. Compensation is set individually with a training plan and salary development based on experience, education, and speed of onboarding. Personal compensation is determined based on evaluation after the probationary period and subsequently at least once annually. An employment contract may be converted to indefinite duration after one year. Benefits: Transportation allowance; employee shuttle service from bus stop and back (from the town square and back to the town square in Chřibská); free meals, employer contribution to mandatory training under Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services; Included in the salary is also a risk allowance for work under difficult conditions (target group of our clients - care for individuals with chronic mental illness). Palliative Care Coordinator

Work location: Dolní Chřibská č.p. 302, 407 44 Chřibská You will coordinate a team within palliative care, be part of a multidisciplinary team, and communicate with clients, families, and colleagues. You will participate in developing regulations, administrative documentation, etc. We require reliability, willingness to work with the demanding topic of dying and end-of-life care, communication skills, and a commitment to continuing education. Experience in direct care or healthcare services is an advantage; a driver's license is an advantage. We require a social services worker course or healthcare training. Additional qualification courses are an advantage. Experience in palliative care or end-of-life accompaniment is highly advantageous. Compensation is set individually with an onboarding plan and salary development based on experience, education, onboarding speed, and contribution (stated for part-time position). The employment contract will gradually be changed to a primary employment relationship - approximately within 1 year. The contract may then be concluded for an indefinite period.
