We require a secondary vocational diploma (5 years of experience in social services) or a university degree (3 years of experience), plus a minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team. We expect professionalism, specialized knowledge, reliability, and willingness to continue learning. We offer the opportunity to lead a team caring for clients with specific conditions (e.g., Huntington's disease). Direct care experience is mandatory. A category B driver's license is required. If you do not have formal education in the field, you must have completed the required qualification—a social services worker course. Other qualification courses are an advantage. Compensation is set individually with a training plan and salary development based on experience, education, and contribution to the team. Personal compensation is established based on an evaluation after the probationary period and revised at least once annually. After one year, the employment contract can be converted to an indefinite term. Allowance for transportation, meal allowance, employer contribution or complete coverage of mandatory training as required by Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services; The salary also includes a risk premium for work in challenging conditions (our client population—care for individuals with chronic mental illness). According to the wage regulations, employees receive a loyalty bonus after each completed year of employment and have the option to request a contribution toward pension or life insurance.
