We are looking for an active and independent Operations Manager who will become a key person for the smooth functioning of our Kociánka Center. What would your new role involve? Investment Activities: Preparing investment projects, processing investment proposals according to specifications, financing methods, project preparation, etc. Implementation and Supervision: Ensuring implementation of investment projects including their supervision, selecting and coordinating contractors, work acceptance, preparing, concluding and proposing contract amendments.
