We are looking for an active and independent Operations Manager who will become a key person for the smooth functioning of our Kociánka Center. What would your new role involve? Investment Activities: Preparing investment projects, processing investment proposals according to specifications, financing methods, project preparation, etc. Implementation and Supervision: Ensuring implementation of investment projects including their supervision, selecting and coordinating contractors, work acceptance, preparing, concluding and proposing contract amendments. Construction Planning: Gathering and evaluating construction requirements, preparing tender documents and investment plan proposals. Maintenance and Facility Management: Ensuring investment construction and building maintenance of structures and equipment, land and grounds management. Ensuring maintenance of mechanical, heating, electrical, plumbing and lighting equipment. Fire Safety and Occupational Health & Safety: Organizing and ensuring activities arising from fire protection and risk prevention legislation. Material Equipment: Participating in equipping and furnishing all spaces at Kociánka Center and Březejc (including negotiations with suppliers). Inspections: Planning and ensuring regular inspections and technical equipment reviews. Communication with Authorities: Communicating with administrative bodies and state institutions. What do we expect from you? At least complete secondary education with diploma (construction or technical background highly advantageous). Legal capacity, clean criminal record and health fitness in accordance with legislation. Management skills - independence, decisiveness, excellent time management and analytical thinking. Ability to effectively lead, motivate and develop your team. Excellent communication and organizational skills - ability to handle crisis situations. Class B driver's license (active driver). Start date: immediately or by agreement. What would give you bonus points? Experience in similar positions (real estate management, facility management, investments) is a great advantage. Experience leading a team in maintenance or operations. Employment Terms: Appointment for 3 years with logical possibility of extension - we are looking for a long-term colleague.
