WE'RE LOOKING FOR A CONSTRUCTION LEADER! Not someone who just stands around with their hands in their pockets. We're looking for a construction site manager who knows what needs to be done, when it needs to be done - and most importantly, how much it costs and how well it's done. If you love bringing order to chaos, you can organize people and work, and you enjoy construction from foundation to roof, you're our person. Who are we looking for? you have experience as a construction site manager (or a strong foreman who wants to grow) you understand construction documentation you can lead people and aren't afraid to speak plainly you know that deadlines aren't suggestions, they're commitments you have a grasp of materials, processes, and project progress Basically, someone who keeps a firm hand on the project.
