Who are we looking for? you have experience as a construction site manager (or a strong foreman who wants to grow) you understand construction documentation you can lead people and aren't afraid to speak plainly you know that deadlines aren't suggestions, they're commitments you have a grasp of materials, processes, and project progress Basically, someone who keeps a firm hand on the project.
