We are now looking to expand our team of personal assistants for a young adult woman living in Västerås. The position offers varied working hours, either full-time or part-time, with day/evening/night and weekend shifts according to agreement and need. Thorough and quality preparation with introductory sessions and support will be provided upon employment. We are seeking a new team member, a personal assistant, for a good and reputable employer. We are looking for someone who thinks long-term and wants to support and help this young woman with most aspects of daily life. As a person, you need to be enthusiastic, enjoy working with people, and be patient. You should be able to work both independently and in a group, be flexible, engaged, and responsible, and be completely smoke-free. She enjoys walking, occasional cycling (tricycle), playing, puzzles, listening to music, swimming, and swinging, among other things, so it's important that you yourself enjoy being active both indoors and outdoors. It is also essential that as her assistant you speak Swedish well in both spoken and written form. The work is carried out where the client is located, typically in her home and immediate surroundings, but also during various activities, outings, and shorter trips that may occur once you know her well. She lives in a villa with her family in her own section of the house, surrounded by nice, calm, and pleasant surroundings within Västerås. The position is part-time or full-time according to agreement based on need. Working hours vary between daytime, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and possibly some nights occasionally.
