SiS also operates closed youth detention. We do this at youth institutions and homes for adults with substance abuse issues throughout the country. SiS Youth Institution Johannisberg operates in Kalix and in Boden (Sävastgården unit). Job Description SIS Youth Institution Johannisberg consists of two units, one in Kalix and one in Boden/Sävast. In Kalix, the mission is to provide closed youth detention for upper secondary school-aged youth, and in Boden/Sävast, compulsory care for youth of primary school age.
