About the Position
As a Technical Product Specialist (internal title Application Engineer) at LUVE, you will be an important link between customers, the sales team, and technology. Your task is to understand needs and help develop the right solutions from both a technical and business perspective—that is, provide technical support to the sales organization, ensure the correct product selection, handle customized customer requests, and perform technical calculations.
You will work closely with sales, project organization, R&D, production, and other internal stakeholders. The position offers you a broad key role in the business, from early customer contact to handoff in the project phase.
You will work with:
• Supporting the sales organization with technical advice and solution proposals
• Developing and adapting products based on customer needs
• Interpreting customer requests and providing recommendations
• Working with documentation, calculations, and analyses related to solutions
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, production, and development
• Ensuring solutions are feasible and competitive
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and development within the team
About You
We are looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a role where you can combine analysis, communication, and collaboration. You may have post-secondary education in technology, or you may have built your competence through practical experience in industry, production, or technical customer work. Knowledge or experience in thermodynamics is a plus.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy diving into new problems. At the same time, you are good at collaborating and building trust, both internally and externally.
You don't need to know everything from the start; what matters most is your willingness to learn and develop.
