JOB DUTIES We are looking for a support educator/support assistant for a group home according to LSS. We welcome your application! The group home is home to six adults, each in their own apartment. As a support assistant, you provide support to residents in all aspects of life. You base your work on each person's individual needs and work deliberately to enable residents to use their abilities as independently as possible. You assist and help with daily tasks, personal care, leisure activities and social contacts. Together with your colleagues, you create a calm and stress-free environment with clear routines and predictability for everyone living in the group home. Each person has an individual implementation plan that guides the support provided. Through participation and care, we want to create opportunities for change and quality of life. The work places great demands on your ability to collaborate, take initiative and follow established routines. Your responsibilities include being attentive, having great patience and using your pedagogical skills to support and guide residents according to their individual needs.
