With us, you will have the opportunity to work with people with different needs and conditions and contribute to a safe, developing, and meaningful daily routine. About the Work As a temporary staff member, you support and guide participants in the facility's various activities and tasks. The work is based on each person's individual needs, abilities, and wishes. Your work duties may include: • supporting participants in various activities and tasks • motivating and encouraging participation and independence • providing individually tailored support in daily life • contributing to structure, safety, and good interactions • collaborating with colleagues and other people around the participant We are looking for someone who is attentive, confident, flexible, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people and the ability to meet each individual with respect, patience, and commitment. It is an advantage if you have training or prior experience in, for example, LSS, functional support, care and nursing, social work, or educational activities, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You need to be able to communicate well in Swedish and be comfortable collaborating while being able to take responsibility independently. About the Position The employment is as temporary staff, which means you work as needed, for example, when regular staff are absent. QUALIFICATIONS It is an advantage if you have experience working in day services, low-emotional interactions, and clear pedagogy, as well as knowledge of AAC. As a person, we are looking for someone who is confident, stable, calm, and empathetic. We want you to be proactive, flexible, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and in a group. Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and service-oriented, which forms the foundation for good collaboration. You adapt easily to changing circumstances, work in a structured and problem-solving manner with creativity as your tool. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Valid Class B driver's license (manual transmission). Certificate of no criminal record will be required. Wage form: Hourly wage. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration: start date: 2026-10-01, end date: 2027-10-01. Working hours: Daytime.
