CNC Operators for Recotech in Arboga

We are now seeking experienced CNC operators for our client Recotech in Arboga. You will work in a modern workshop environment where you will be responsible for operating 1–2 machines and independently managing the entire process from drawing to finished component. The work consists mainly of small batch series and single-piece manufacturing, where precision and quality are critical. Work Tasks Set up, operate and monitor CNC machines (milling or turning) Independently program machines Process components in small batch series and single-piece manufacturing Work from drawings and technical documentation Location: Arboga Scope: Full-time Work Schedule: Shift work About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a CNC operator who is confident working independently. You have good experience with programming and enjoy a role where you take responsibility for the entire machining process. You are thorough, solution-oriented and have a strong technical interest. Qualifications Several years of experience as a CNC operator Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and/or Heidenhain control systems Programming experience Experience with small batch series and single-piece manufacturing Swedish, spoken and written Desirable CAD/CAM knowledge Forklift certification Telehandler certification We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
