About the Role We are looking for you as a nurse who wants to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate in a dedicated multiprofessional team. As a nurse in our ASIH team, you work with advanced and specialized care in patients' homes, close to both patients and their loved ones, to enable safe home care. You plan and lead nursing work together with the team and coordinate medical care in close collaboration with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You also collaborate with other healthcare providers and actively contribute to the development of the operations. With us, you typically work independently with one patient at a time and can plan your own workday, but you always have experienced colleagues just a phone call away. The work is varied and developmental with a strong team and patient focus. Operations run 24/7, and you work days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule—adapted to both your needs and the operations' needs.
