About Us
Capio ASIH Haninge started in 2025 and operates in Huddinge, Botkyrka, Tyresö, Haninge, and Nynäshamn. The team is based at the office at Handen Hospital, close to Handen commuter rail station.
We provide advanced home care for patients with complex medical needs and primarily care for palliative patients, patients receiving advanced cancer treatment, and individuals with COPD, heart failure, and infections. Our services include medication treatment, symptom management, intravenous infusions, blood transfusions, and advice on assistive devices. We are authorized in all ASIH areas in the Stockholm Region and work in a multiprofessional manner, close to the patient and their loved ones.

About the Role
We are looking for you as a nurse who wants to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate in a dedicated multiprofessional team. As a nurse in our ASIH team, you work with advanced and specialized care in patients' homes, close to both patients and their loved ones, to enable safe home care. You plan and lead nursing work together with the team and coordinate medical care in close collaboration with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
You also collaborate with other healthcare providers and actively contribute to the development of the operations. With us, you typically work independently with one patient at a time and can plan your own workday, but you always have experienced colleagues just a phone call away. The work is varied and developmental with a strong team and patient focus. Operations run 24/7, and you work days, evenings, and weekends according to schedule—adapted to both your needs and the operations' needs.
Requirements:
Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing credentials
Ability to work independently and make decisions in consultation with colleagues, patients, and loved ones
Strong communication skills and confidence in your professional role
A prestigious team player with good collaboration skills
B-class driver's license
Meritorious:
Specialist training (for example, ICU, specialized care, oncology)
Experience with palliative care, oncology, or ASIH
Familiarity with the TakeCare electronic health records system
