Your work tasks are typical duties within the role of nurse/district nurse in home care. The operation also includes an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nurses, as well as nursing assistants and care assistants. You will work with other team members around your patients and collaborate with relevant agencies as needed for your patients. An important part of the work is to develop your professional role and collaboration with other professions together with the rest of the home care team. This is with the goal of maintaining the highest possible patient safety and quality in our health and care services. Working hours are primarily on weekdays during daytime, but also occasional weekends when staffing is required according to an agreement with Norrtälje Municipality. Would you like to be one of us?
