About the Operation Quality Service Södra is a section within Malmberget ore processing and operates world-class laboratories. The section provides cutting-edge expertise in sampling and analysis and operates from mine to harbor, delivering high-quality and business-critical analysis results through customized solutions to all of LKAB's operations. We consist of approximately 70 dedicated employees working at six different workplaces: Physical Laboratory, Operations Laboratory, Chemical Laboratory, Metallurgical Laboratory, Quality Technical Support, and a maintenance group. Together we ensure that we maintain the highest standards! Your Role As Group Manager for Quality Technical Support, you will have a key role in leading and developing quality work within Quality Service. The operation is responsible for ensuring high quality in sampling, analysis, and monitoring of process and product quality, which is crucial for product quality, production control, environmental permits, and regulatory compliance within LKAB. You will manage a team consisting of quality engineers, laboratory engineers, development engineers, and technicians, while working closely with internal customers and operations across the entire organization. Business Description Tallbacka förskola is a three-section preschool located in the same building as Tallbacka School in the Mellanområdet area of Gällivare. The sections currently have mixed-age groups of 1–5 years with a maximum of 18 children in each group. As an HR Strategist, you work closely with the federation's managers and serve as our contact point with the member municipalities' HR departments. Together with our HR consultant, you form the federation's HR function. Your responsibilities also include responsibility for union relations, MBL procedures, and collaboration. You will also work with administrative tasks and investigations. You work closely with managers, safety representatives, and employees, primarily out in production. The work alternates between site visits, risk monitoring and support for ongoing cases, while you contribute to planning and developing occupational health and safety work. In this role, you gain clear and independent responsibility for parts of our local occupational health and safety work. You ensure that routines are followed, serve as advisory support to managers, and are a natural point of contact for occupational health and safety matters.
