BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RECRUITMENT MANAGER
TALENT&PARTNER We recruit Executives, Digital & Sales Specialists & Engineers. With over 20 years of experience and 1,100 completed placements. Based in Stockholm, we recruit across Sweden, the Nordic region, the UK and Europe. Our clients range from small startups to global corporations. We headhunt high-performing talent and match them with the world's most attractive workplaces. Digital recruitment is at the heart of our company and remains our dominant focus. We work exclusively with high-performing individuals. That's what makes us one of Sweden's leading recruitment agencies. Are you really good at selling, building trust and getting clients to want to stay? Then we can teach you recruitment. Talent&Partner is looking for a business-driven relationship builder who wants to combine sales and business development with recruitment and headhunting. This is not primarily a traditional recruiter role. Above all, we're looking for someone with solid experience in B2B sales who knows how to open doors, create deals, build trust with decision-makers and develop clients over time. You could come from, for example, tech, SaaS, media, consulting, professional services or any other B2B business where sales is built on relationships and trust. If you've worked in recruitment before, that's of course a plus. But it's not a requirement. Sales is harder to teach. Recruitment, search and headhunting we can teach you. ABOUT THE ROLE With us, you'll work with the entire business. From identifying a potential client and making the first contact to understanding recruitment needs, winning the assignment, finding the right candidate and developing the client into a long-term relationship. You'll have direct contact with CEOs, founders, sales managers, marketing managers and other senior decision-makers. Your task is not just to sell a recruitment service. Your task is to build clients who want to work with us again. YOU WILL, AMONG OTHER THINGS Create new client relationships and build your own client portfolio Work with new, previous and existing clients Identify recruitment needs and new business opportunities Schedule and conduct client meetings Present Talent&Partner and our approach Create proposals and agreements and close new recruitment assignments Develop existing clients and create recurring business Own the relationship from first contact through completed recruitment and follow-up In parallel, you'll learn to independently manage professional recruitment processes from job specifications to signed candidate. FROM SALES TO SEARCH Finding a really good client and finding a really good candidate have more in common than you might think. Both require curiosity, persistence, business acumen, finesse and the ability to create interest with someone who might not even be looking for what you're offering when you first made contact. With us, you'll learn to: Understand the client's business, challenges and recruitment needs Map markets and identify relevant candidates Search and headhunt people who aren't actively looking for a new job Conduct interviews and assess competence, experience, motivation and fit Present the best candidates to the client Drive the client and candidate dialogue through the entire process Handle interviews, follow-up, offers and negotiations See the process all the way through to signing Over time, you can own the entire chain from the first sales call to the client welcoming their new colleague. WHO ARE YOU? Your exact industry background is less important than your commercial experience. We do believe you have several years of B2B sales experience and can show that you've created deals yourself. You're comfortable contacting new clients and talking with senior decision-makers. You can pick up the phone, open a relationship, understand a need and actually ask for the business. At the same time, you understand that a signed deal is just the beginning. The really good deal is the client who comes back. Again. And again. We believe that you: Have documented B2B sales experience Are experienced with new client development and creating business opportunities on your own Enjoy developing existing clients as much as winning new ones Are commercially minded and naturally relationship-focused Have an easy time building trust with senior decision-makers Are curious about people, companies and different industries Take great personal responsibility and ensure things actually get done Thrive in a fast pace with many parallel contacts Communicate fluently in Swedish and English YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A RECRUITER If you have experience in recruitment or executive search, that's of course a merit. But for the right salesperson, it's not a requirement. We can teach you search methodology, headhunting, interview techniques, candidate assessment, recruitment processes and our tools and systems. What we do want you to bring from day one is your commercial experience, your drive and your ability to create and develop client relationships. FREEDOM WITH RESPONSIBILITY The role is full-time and involves great freedom and significant personal responsibility. There is the opportunity to work 100% remote and you have great freedom to plan your own workday, as long as clients, candidates, deadlines and commitments are handled with the quality and pace we expect. We care about results, relationships and quality. We care much less about where you are or what you look like when you deliver them (comfortable pants with a blazer). YOUR DEVELOPMENT WITH US We don't believe people should stay still in a role. You start with what you're already really good at and build from there. For a strong salesperson, this means you gradually learn the entire recruitment and headhunting business and become increasingly independent in both winning and delivering assignments. With results come greater responsibility and greater opportunities. This could mean larger and more strategic clients, more senior recruitment assignments, executive search, broader business responsibility and an increasingly central commercial role in Talent&Partner's continued development. How far the role develops depends very much on you, your ambitions and what you want to build with us. APPLICATION Send your application today to [email protected]. It can include a motivation for why you're the right fit for the role as well as your CV of course. Learn more about us at www.talentpartner.se

Sales Executive
Sales Executive – Tempest Risk Solutions Tempest Risk Solutions is the consulting specialist business within the Tempest Security group. We help companies and organizations understand, prevent, and manage risks – from background checks and security vetting to security consulting, personal protection, whistleblowing, security training, and qualified security consultants. We are now seeking a Sales Executive who wants to help develop the business further, with a particular focus on creating new customer relationships and growing Tempest Risk Solutions' position in the private sector. This is a role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, understanding customer operations, and converting needs into business. Your Assignment As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. You work proactively in the market, identify relevant companies and decision-makers, and drive the sales process from first contact and needs analysis through solution, proposal, negotiation, and closing. You are not selling a standard product. The starting point is the customer's operations and risk profile. Your task is to understand where the risks lie, what consequences they may have, and how Tempest's expertise can create concrete business value and security. A customer might be, for example, a financial company with large recruitment volumes and a need for qualified background checks, a nationwide chain needing ongoing access to security expertise, or a security-critical operation that needs to strengthen its organization with an experienced security consultant. Tempest's broad offering also creates good opportunities to develop an initial business relationship into a larger and more long-term customer partnership. What You Will Sell Tempest Risk Solutions offers, among other things: - Background checks – qualified checks and analyses that help organizations make safer decisions when recruiting and in other trust-critical situations. - Security vetting – specialist support and security vetting interviews for organizations and roles with special requirements for reliability, loyalty, and security. - Security consultants – qualified security expertise such as security managers, security heads, security coordinators, and other specialists. - Personal Security and OnCall – ongoing access to security expertise as well as support during threats, incidents, travel, and other security-related situations. - Whistleblowing – external solutions for secure and confidential reporting and handling of whistleblower matters. - Security training – training in areas including crisis management, threats and violence, personal security, and PDV. - Event and other risk security services – consulting, analysis, and operational security support based on the customer's specific situation. Who You Will Sell To You will work with various decision-makers depending on the customer and needs. Typical contact points are CEO/President, CHRO and HR leadership, Security Director/Security Manager, General Counsel/Legal, Compliance, security coordinators, and Procurement. This means you need to be able to elevate the discussion from a single security service to the larger business question: What risks does the organization face, what might they cost, and how can they be reduced? Who We Are Looking For Above all, we are looking for a skilled B2B salesperson with strong commercial drive. You don't need to come from the security industry. However, you need to be curious enough to learn the field and sufficiently business-minded to quickly understand how Tempest's services create value for different types of customers. You are accustomed to prospecting on your own, scheduling meetings, creating new customer contacts, and moving deals forward. You are skilled at needs analysis and confident in dialogue with senior decision-makers. A large portion of customer development takes place over the phone and digital meetings, so you need to be comfortable building trust and momentum even without a physical meeting. Above all, you have the right attitude. You enjoy sales, like creating something from first contact, and get energy from winning new customers and doing deals. About Tempest Tempest Security is a Swedish security group listed on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market. The group has approximately 650 employees and operations in Sweden, Denmark, and the United Kingdom, as well as an international partner network. Tempest Risk Solutions combines the specialist expertise of a qualified risk and security consulting firm with the resources and infrastructure of a larger security group. Application This recruitment process is conducted in collaboration with Talent & Partner. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible, as selection and interviews are ongoing. The recruitment process may be concluded as soon as the right candidate is found. Send your CV and a brief personal letter to [email protected]. We recommend that you review Talent & Partner's privacy policy before submitting your personal information. If you have questions about how we collect, process, or use your personal information, or if you want to exercise your rights under applicable data protection legislation, you are welcome to contact us.

Help Build the Foundation for a Platform That Changes an Entire Industry
Lead Engineer The loyalty industry has stood still for too long. We're changing that. Member organizations and customer clubs have spent decades trying to create engagement with clumsy tools that don't adapt to individual members. The same offer to everyone. No personality. No memory. Perks is different. We've built a loyalty platform from the ground up. The product is modular, scalable, and white-label—each organization can assemble their own experience from reusable components and make it completely their own. The result is portals that feel personal and relevant to each individual member, not a shelf of generic campaigns. Treats Nordics AB is the company behind Perks. We're a small, experienced team working with a strong focus on AI-assisted development under clear technical guidelines, where the decisions that matter are made by people who know what they're doing. How We Build The usual way to introduce AI into development is to give everyone a tool and hope for the best. We did the opposite. First, we wrote down what applies to us: a technical contract that describes what counts as finished work, which rules are hard, and what should never pass through. Then we made the contract executable. The hard rules are enforced mechanically as code is written, not in a review long afterwards. The effect is that we can let the machine do a large part of the work without quality being just a hope. The repetitive disappears, and what's left are the trade-offs. We work the same way into the product. We have a built-in assistant that works with real tools and real data in the platform, and that part is growing fast. The work involves context architecture, tool design, quality, and cost in production. It's not about model training. At the same time, none of this is finished. No one yet knows what senior engineering work looks like when the machine writes most of the code. There's no course to take and no established practice to copy. We've come further than most, but we're still in the experiment, and some of what we're trying now will prove to be wrong. Working here therefore means not just working close to AI. It means being part of moving the boundary of what AI-assisted development can do. The methods we use a year from now are ones that someone on this team will have figured out, and we hope several of them are yours. We don't think AI makes judgment less important. We think it makes judgment nearly the only thing that's left, and that sets higher demands on those making the decisions. About the Role This is the most senior technical role after the founder. About 60 percent of the time you write code in the product. The rest goes toward setting direction, reviewing others' work, and ensuring that decisions made in an office conversation land correctly in the codebase. You build features across the stack, from database to interface. We don't separate work into frontend and backend. You own the AI-driven parts of the product, and you also own the way of working we described above. The guidelines are not carved in stone. They're code, and we expect you to change them when you see something better. We expect you to try things we haven't tried, and to tell us when something we're doing doesn't hold up. You drive the work together with our team in Sri Lanka. That means you write specifications that someone else can build from without sitting next to you, you review their code, and you set standards that hold even when you're not looking. The time difference is three and a half hours, and much of the communication happens in writing. We Believe You have built and driven products in production for several years, and can do the full journey from data model to interface have built product features on top of language models and know what breaks when they meet real users and real costs have your own view on how AI-assisted work should be organized—ideally one that differs from ours—and want to help shape the way of working rather than just work within it have led or mentored other developers, ideally in another country or time zone can write down a decision so someone else can build the right thing without asking you are comfortable saying no, even to us, and can explain why work smoothly in both Swedish and English What You Get A role where you actually matter. Where your decisions are visible. You get real authority, not a title, and you'll feel the consequences of your decisions within weeks. You avoid technical debt someone else created. You avoid bureaucracy. You work in a modern codebase where AI handles the repetitive and you spend your time on what actually requires judgment. In short: a job that feels meaningful in five years too. Application Send your CV and briefly describe a technical problem you've solved that you're proud of—what was hard about it, and what did you learn. Send it to [email protected]. We read applications continuously and will be in touch when we find the right match. Treats Nordics AB · Stockholm · perks.se
