Responsibilities • Plan content, themes, and publishing calendars for the company's social media • Create scripts and content tailored for the Chinese target audience • Film, photograph, and edit short videos and other digital materials • Publish and manage content on Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and other relevant platforms • Track statistics, reach, engagement, and account growth • Optimize content and work methods based on results and user data • Participate in store visits, product photography, interviews, and other productions • Appear on camera and participate in livestreaming • Collaborate with the company's teams in Sweden and China on content, publishing, and commercial campaigns • Contribute to developing the company's accounts, brands, and commercial partnerships Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Has at least two years of experience in social media, content production, or account management • Has practical experience in filming and video editing • Has a good understanding of Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and short-form video formats • Can demonstrate previous videos, creative work, accounts, or other relevant portfolio pieces • Speaks and writes fluent Chinese, as the role involves Chinese content production, livestreaming, and collaboration with our team in China • Is comfortable on camera and wants to appear in videos and livestreaming • Has strong communication skills and can express yourself clearly and naturally • Works independently, takes initiative, and takes responsibility for results • Has the right to work in Sweden It is a plus if you: • Have education in digital media, marketing, design, visual communication, film, or photography • Have experience in e-commerce, product marketing, or commercial livestreaming • Have built or developed your own social media account • Speak English or Swedish • Have experience with the Chinese and Nordic markets What We Offer • A full-time position in Stockholm • Fixed salary and opportunity for performance-based bonus • Practical work with international e-commerce and content production • Significant responsibility and opportunity to influence content and work methods • Opportunity to develop alongside the company's operations in Sweden and China Performance-based compensation will be assessed based on results from livestreaming, account and content growth, commercial results, and project profitability.
