Warehouse Supervisor in Rosersberg Do you have warehouse experience and enjoy taking responsibility for both people and daily operations? Simplex is now looking for a warehouse supervisor for one of our clients in Rosersberg. Here you'll have a central role in daily operations where you lead the team, create structure, and ensure that work flows according to plan. About the Position As a warehouse supervisor, you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations. You work closely with employees, monitor work processes, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The role is operational and suits you if you enjoy being involved in the business while having responsibility for leading and supporting your team. Responsibilities Plan and allocate daily work tasks. Lead, support, and motivate employees in daily work. Monitor quality, efficiency, and productivity. Ensure that routines and safety regulations are followed. Handle deviations and resolve problems that arise in operations. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient working methods. Cooperate with other functions to create a smooth flow of goods. If you have warehouse experience from, for example, industrial, building materials, or similar operations, that is a merit. Who Are You? Previous experience in supervision, team leadership, or personnel responsibility. Good ability to plan and prioritize. Independent and solution-oriented. Thorough and quality-conscious. A strong focus on safety and work environment. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
