About the Assignment
Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We have an agreement with Sigtuna Municipality to support their municipal primary schools and high school with committed substitute teachers.
Your Responsibilities
As a substitute teacher, you will replace the school's regular staff during absences, often of an acute nature as well as shorter vacancies. You need to be prepared to be booked for work with short notice, usually the same morning. You are responsible for planning and conducting instruction in accordance with the planning provided by the regular teacher.
Your Qualifications
Ongoing teacher education or other subject education at a college or university, alternatively at least 3 years of experience from equivalent activities.
You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable being booked for shifts the same morning.
To fit the role of substitute teacher, you are a clear leader but also a good team player and a good role model. You also have a strong commitment to working with children and young people. If you have a driver's license (B-körkort), this is an asset.
