Personal Assistant for Young Man

We are seeking a personally committed and responsible team member to support a client with multiple disabilities and extensive care needs. The work involves providing support with all basic and other daily needs, as well as following the individual care plan that is available. The client is approved for day activities, and you as an applicant should be able to work during times when the client is participating in day activities. This position is part-time. To succeed in this role, you need in-depth knowledge of the client to be able to understand and interpret signals, needs, and wishes. We are looking for someone who is confident, hardworking, attentive, and has the ability to build a trusting relationship over time. Due to the client's individual needs and preferences, we are seeking a male personal assistant in this recruitment.
