In this role, you will work administratively, strategically and with targeted pedagogical interventions in groups where needs arise. You will be responsible for study visits, coordinating projects, networks and events, and managing the Daily Activity Program's various working groups. You will be involved in developing the service with a focus on pedagogical methods and ensuring that participant influence and self-determination are at the center. The role includes quality reviewing documentation in the form of social documentation and implementation plans, and mentoring others when needed. As a Support Pedagogue, you contribute to the service with in-depth expertise in the field. You provide support in working with social documentation, communication, and developing and implementing individually tailored pedagogical methods that support the individual's participation and independence. In your position as Support Pedagogue, you have access to your own computer and mobile phone as additional tools for your assignment. The role also includes contributing to the unit's development, environmental monitoring and developing improvement areas. You will participate in the Daily Activity Program's process team and have primary responsibility for the Daily Activity Program's support pedagogue meetings. As Support Pedagogue with overarching responsibility for the entire Daily Activity Program, you will work closely with all unit managers at the Daily Activity Program.
