Welcome to the Rehabilitation Unit! We are a great group of 22 employees consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, assistive device coordinators, and assistive device technicians. The unit is also responsible for handling housing adaptation cases. We are fully staffed, but due to upcoming parental leave, it's time to strengthen the team. About the Workplace Home care services in Töreboda and Moholm consist of several work teams where nursing assistants and care personnel work to help service users with daily activities. You work independently but also in a multiprofessional team where the focus is on the service user's independence and autonomy. We are looking for you, a Nursing Assistant who wants to be part of our team, with start date by agreement. Interviews and hiring are conducted on an ongoing basis. In home care, we have annual working hours and optional work level, which gives you opportunities to influence your working hours. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in home care, you participate in daily planning based on the service user's needs in the Lifecare/LMO management system. The approach is characterized by an activating/rehabilitative perspective where the individual's own knowledge and abilities are prioritized. Training, motivation, and social community are important elements. You are good at collaborating with colleagues, service users, relatives, and other partners both within and outside your own organization. We expect you to be good at building relationships and to have a respectful approach. It is also expected that you are very flexible with good patience and a positive attitude. Meritorious Experience working in home care Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. As a Nursing Assistant in home care, you can expect a salary between 27,800 - 33,000 kr depending on experience and competence; individual salary setting applies.
