Welcome to the Rehabilitation Unit! We are a great group of 22 employees consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, assistive device coordinators, and assistive device technicians. The unit is also responsible for handling housing adaptation cases. We are fully staffed, but due to upcoming parental leave, it's time to strengthen the team. This is a temporary position, but there are good prospects for extension.

The job involves, together with a physiotherapist, being responsible for rehabilitation in our special housing facilities, short-term housing, and in the homes of those who have received a decision on municipal primary care. Your tasks include, in addition to standard assessment, treatment, and assistive device prescription, instructing and supporting care staff in rehabilitation and activating approaches. The job involves great variety and you share responsibility with a team colleague for planning your own days.
The Rehabilitation Unit is part of a larger Health and Medical Care Unit together with nurses, which we see promotes close collaboration around the patient. We also have close collaboration with other professionals, such as care staff, welfare officers, and managers.

What are we looking for in you?
We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you have a positive attitude, are communicative, and are good at prioritizing. Since the work is team-based, teamwork ability is an important quality. We therefore also see that you enjoy social contact and that you have good pedagogical skills. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
A class B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
