The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's Analysis Department maps, monitors, evaluates, analyzes, and forecasts developments in healthcare, dental care, and social services. The unit has special responsibility for working with evaluation, indicators, and target levels linked to national guidelines, screening, and other knowledge support. We also have an overall responsibility, together with other units in the department, to provide the National Board of Health and Welfare's comprehensive analytical activities by mapping and evaluating the content, scope, quality, and effectiveness of care and services. About the position You drive and take responsibility for analysis assignments—from planning through implementation and follow-up. You take overall responsibility, prioritize, and ensure that work progresses and achieves results. You work in close collaboration with colleagues, medical experts, and other stakeholders. The assignment requires good cooperation skills combined with the ability to work independently. The role also requires you to be structured and flexible to adapt to rapid changes.
