Skållegården serves children and adolescents ages 12-16. The target group consists of girls and boys who may be in inappropriate environments and exhibit norm-breaking behavior, often combined with an NPF diagnosis, which can manifest as low impulse control, challenging behaviors, isolation, social skills deficits, relationship problems, or high school absenteeism. Skållegården is located in a quiet rural area with a large garden for outdoor activities. The operation is structured so that each child and adolescent has their own individually adapted schedule.
