About the Position
As a team leader, you're responsible for leading and motivating the team in daily operations. The role involves prioritizing, distributing, and coordinating tasks as well as introducing, supporting, and training employees. The work also includes following up on results and deliverables, driving work forward, and contributing to a pleasant work environment.
The position is full-time and shift work may occur.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a technical interest who thrives in a production environment where you can combine hands-on work with leading and supporting others. You have experience in team leadership or other forms of management and are motivated by developing both employees and work methods.
The role requires a high school diploma, preferably with a technical or industrial focus, as well as a valid B-class driver's license. You have good technical understanding and strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills are also required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience from manufacturing or production environments is desirable. Experience with Lean, blueprint reading, quality work, and measurement techniques is also a plus. Forklift certifications for counterbalance trucks and stacking trucks are desirable.
