We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher for the research group on Health and Healthcare Systems, Leadership and Management at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics. The work will primarily be conducted within the framework of an international project applying an ecosystem perspective to the transformation of health and healthcare systems, with a particular focus on the care model hospital@home. Using a systems perspective, the project investigates how specialized and advanced medical care can be safely, accessibly, appropriately, resource-efficiently, equitably, and person-centeredly delivered in patients' homes. This occurs through collaboration between patients, family members, home healthcare personnel, and hospital-based specialists.
