The Legal Support unit is responsible for the department's review activities, litigation in court, and case-handling-related legal support. We are now strengthening our review unit with additional colleagues. We are looking for someone who, together with us, will be a driving force in legal quality work within the Benefit Fraud Department. Investigations, analyses, and teamwork As a reviewer, you uphold citizens' rights by conducting a new comprehensive review of decisions where individuals have requested that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's decision be reconsidered. You assess, investigate, and decide on the case. You make clear and legally sound decisions that address all claims. If a reviewed decision is appealed to court, you are responsible for preparing materials for the court's review. You have contact via phone or in writing. Externally, you liaise with employers, healthcare services, the Swedish Public Employment Service, municipalities, and regional councils, among others. In your work, you actively contribute to continuous improvement of quality in work processes and case handling, and you support learning in the handling of individual cases.
