Customer Service Representative with a Focus on Upselling This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop within customer service and sales. Responsibilities: Contact existing customers by phone to follow up on ongoing cases and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Provide service, guidance, and answer questions regarding customer needs. Collaborate with team colleagues to develop processes and enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with follow-up and relationship-building customer interactions is a plus.
