At Karlstads Energi, we are in the midst of exciting development where we are investing heavily in the grid of the future. We are expanding and strengthening the regional network with, among other things, new 130 kV installations and receiving stations – investments that create the conditions for new residential areas, businesses, industry, and a growing Karlstad. Now we are looking for a senior project manager who wants to take a central role in that development. You lead complex investment projects through the entire project lifecycle – from early feasibility studies and investigations to design, implementation, and completed facility. You lead project organizations, coordinate expertise, and drive progress together with contractors, consultants, authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders. It is a role where technology, societal benefit, and people come together. You create structure and direction, build trust, and get different expertise and perspectives to work toward the same goal. Nurse/Pediatric Nurse for Department 11

Your Workplace The Children's Clinic is sometimes called the "Little Hospital" within the large hospital, which can be explained by the fact that our operations encounter most of the different specialties in healthcare, including medicine, surgery, orthopedics, oncology, acute care, and ICU care—some examples. This illustrates the broad and extensive experience and knowledge we have to offer both patients and staff. Child and Adolescent Medicine consists of Department 11 Neonatal, Department 12 Older Children 0-18 years, Pediatric Emergency Clinic, Day Care, Specialist Clinic, Resource Team, and Outpatient Care. Department 11 is Värmland's neonatal department with 13 care beds. We admit and care for premature infants from week 28, sick newborns, and children 0-6 months who require intensive care. We work with the child's best interests in focus, zero separation, and family-centered care. We have four intensive care beds and family rooms where care is provided from a family-centered perspective. Your Responsibilities The work is varied and includes different levels of care, from healthy but premature infants to severely ill, intensive care-requiring children, and the work also includes on-call duty for delivery and surgery. We have a long orientation program in different stages, including training days, personal guidance, and mentorship. We offer work where you have great opportunities for personal development. The position involves mixed shift work according to agreement, day, evening, and night shifts. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is a requirement that you have knowledge and experience in neonatal intensive care. We also consider it a merit if you have experience caring for extremely premature infants (<28 weeks). Qualities we value highly are that you are positive and enjoy challenges. You enjoy work that varies in pace and care level and thrive working in a team but can also work independently. You have a heart for the smallest children and their families. As a person, you are secure, empathetic, and you collaborate well with others. You organize your work in an efficient manner while being able to adapt to changed circumstances. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
