Härjedalen Ekonomi is a small, modern accounting firm with offices in Hackås and Vemdalen. We work digitally and help companies and organizations throughout large parts of Sweden with the entire accounting workflow—from ongoing bookkeeping and payroll to financial statements, annual reports, and advisory services. Personal collaboration is important to us, both with our clients and among our team members. We want to be close to our clients, understand their operations, and make accounting simpler and more understandable. Our work is therefore not just about getting the accounting right, but also about helping our clients understand their financial situation, make sound decisions, and develop their operations. As a smaller firm, we have short decision-making processes and great opportunities to influence how we work. We help each other, share knowledge, and are open to new ideas. Digitalization is a natural part of our daily work, and we continuously look for smarter and more efficient ways to work—both for ourselves and our clients. As a senior accounting consultant with us, you will have a broad and independent role with responsibility for your own clients and their accounting throughout the entire process. The work includes ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, accruals, fixed assets, VAT accounting, financial statements, annual reports, and tax returns. An important part of the role is also client contact. We want to be an accounting firm that is accessible and engaged—one that not only reports what has happened but also helps clients understand their finances and see opportunities for improvement. We offer you varied work with significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop together with colleagues and clients. You'll have opportunities for ongoing professional development, and we place great emphasis on knowledge-sharing and helping each other in daily work. We also offer a flexible work environment. During the introduction period, work takes place primarily from our offices in Hackås and Vemdalen, combined with remote work. Once you've settled into the role, there is the possibility of working from home by agreement. The position begins with a six-month trial period.
