Your qualifications We are looking for you with relevant education to work with people with disabilities and people with acquired brain injuries. We want you to have previous work experience in the field. The position requires that you have good self-awareness and are confident in yourself. We place great emphasis on good collaboration skills and empathic ability. It is also important that you can work independently and that you are flexible in your work approach. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities. The position requires that you have basic IT skills and can work with the systems we use for documentation and similar. A driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.
