Since we work with social documentation, it is important that you can express yourself both in writing and verbally in Swedish. We offer a varied profession where no two days are the same. What remains constant is the energy and joy our residents give us daily in our work. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts as well as weekends. In this position, you may be required to work certain shifts at other workplaces within the unit, which may mean you work at multiple locations. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education to work with people with disabilities. We want you to have previous work experience in this field. This position requires good self-awareness and confidence in yourself. We place great importance on strong collaboration skills and empathetic abilities. It is also important that you can work independently and that you are flexible in your approach. We want you to have a genuine interest in people and the ability to see solutions and opportunities. The position requires basic IT skills and the ability to work with the systems we use for documentation and similar tasks. A driver's license is advantageous but not required.
