We are now seeking nursing assistants or care workers for several of our special housing facilities. We look forward to your application! WORK DUTIES Your focus with us is to provide the best possible care and support to our users. The work is varied and meaningful and includes standard tasks within care and support. We have primary needs in dementia units, but there are also needs in some of our care units. It is important that you have great respect for our elderly and that you see the person and their situation in every encounter. You will create valuable relationships with users and their relatives, and you meet people with different life stories. As an employee with us, you get the chance to develop, create security for our users, and contribute to positive encounters. The work is based on good cooperation, both within your own work group but also with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff. Work hours are according to a rotating schedule with shifts during day, evening, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or are in the process of training, or alternatively you with experience within care and support. You have good computer skills and you master Swedish in speech and writing. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant in a temporary assignment, you work flexibly and cover multiple departments where needs arise, for example during short-term absences, vacation, and other specific care challenges. The role includes typical nursing assistant tasks, and we always want to provide the best possible care and support to our residents. The role requires high demands on flexibility, good conduct, and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations. You will also provide certain administrative support to the unit manager, for example through some staffing planning. It is important that you have great respect for our elderly residents and that you see the person and their situation in every encounter. You will create valuable relationships with residents and their families, and you will meet people with different life histories. The work is based on good collaboration, both within your own work group but also with other professional roles such as nurses and rehabilitation staff. Nursing Assistant Night Shift - Pool Position

JOB DUTIES We are seeking a licensed nursing assistant for our staffing pool. The pool provides coverage for short-term absences within the Health and Care Administration. Work includes home care services, residential facilities, and LSS activities. Bookings may come with varying notice periods, both longer and shorter. You will join a work group consisting of dedicated and knowledgeable nursing assistants who meet regularly throughout the year for team meetings. The role involves providing our service users with the best possible care and support, and you will meet many service users with different needs. Work hours are scheduled for night shifts and approximately every third weekend. As a nursing assistant in the pool position, you will have annual working hours. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nursing assistant with previous experience in the role. It is an advantage if you have prior experience in pool staffing and/or night work. A Class B driver's license and good computer skills are required for this position.
