Here you will become an important business partner to the CFO and the company's managers, with a clear mandate to create insights, drive monitoring and ensure that decisions lead to concrete results. Euroform Group is a high-tech developer and manufacturer of injection-molded plastic systems and components for European industry. Euroform AB operates two factories in Tranås and Euroform MediPharm AB in Motala, serving the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. Main Responsibilities As Business Controller, you have a central role in the company's operational management with a focus on developing profitability, productivity and business decisions. The role involves both strategic and operational work where you ensure that operations work toward the right goals and monitor correct key metrics. Prepare decision-making materials for investments, operational changes and improvement initiatives Conduct business cases, scenario analyses and profitability analyses Actively participate in budget, forecast and closing work Analyze operational results and identify drivers behind variances and improvement potential Develop and monitor operational results, KPIs and action plans Ensure understanding of calculations, cost structures and the relationship between preliminary estimates, post-estimates and reported results Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with an academic degree in economics or equivalent and several years of experience in Business Control, Operations Control or a similar operations-focused role. You have a good understanding of accounting, including income and balance sheet statements, as well as the link between accounting and operational activities. You preferably have experience from manufacturing industry and are accustomed to working closely with managers and decision-makers. We also see that you have experience with full-cost allocation and a good understanding of calculation models and the relationship between preliminary estimates, post-estimates and actual results. Experience with Monitor ERP and Power BI is a merit. As a person, you are business-minded, analytical and driven by creating improvements. You have an ability to see connections, identify root causes and translate analyses into concrete recommendations and actions. You enjoy taking responsibility, challenging established approaches and driving issues from analysis to implementation.
