About the Day Care Worker Role
As a day care worker, you work closely with the operations manager, assistant operations manager, and other support functions to ensure well-functioning operations with high quality.
You support the daily operations and actively participate in matters concerning operations development, quality, work environment, planning, and coordination.
This is a role for you who wants to grow, learn, develop, and take responsibility together with colleagues in an organization that believes in investing in its employees.
Who Are You?
You have relevant higher education, such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent education.
We would prefer that you have experience from social work or working with people who need support. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest in people, a desire to develop, and a commitment to quality and operations development.
As a person, you are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating, build good relationships, and are motivated by contributing to both people's and operations' development.

Requirements:
Higher education such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent education that meets IVO's requirements for a leadership position within IOF, as you may need to replace the assistant operations manager during vacation/sick leave.
Experience with social work
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
B-category driver's license.
Good administrative and digital skills.
Meritorious if you also have:
Experience working within child and family care.
Experience with coordinating assignments.
Experience with quality work and documentation.
Education in clarifying pedagogy, low-affect interaction, or other relevant methods.
About the Position
Employment Type: Temporary position, parental leave coverage, 10 months (with possible extension)
Full-time Position
Schedule: Daytime, Monday - Friday
