Job Responsibilities
As a facilities technician you work with operation, supervision and maintenance of the municipality's properties and technical installations. You work both preventively and handling errors and disruptions that occur in daily operations.
Your work includes for example:
carrying out ongoing supervision, operation and minor maintenance of technical systems such as heating and ventilation
troubleshooting and resolving operational problems
handling fault reports and work orders
documenting completed actions and following up on operations
liaisoning with operations, contractors and other partners
snow removal, sanding and gritting during winter
maintenance of green spaces and flower beds during summer
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant technical education in for example facilities engineering, plumbing and heating, energy, property management or other education that the employer considers equivalent. You have knowledge of technical installations in buildings and are experienced with using digital tools.
A valid driver's license (category B) is required.
Experience with facilities management, control and regulation technology, ventilation, heating or energy optimization is advantageous.

You are responsible, solution-oriented and well-organized. You work well both independently and together with others and have a service-oriented and professional approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
The position is classified in the security class. Security vetting according to the Security Protection Act will be conducted and approved vetting is a prerequisite for employment.
