JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to be part of developing property management of the future in Tierp? AB Tierpsbyggen / Tierps Kommunfastigheter is seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented manager responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of our properties. You work at the intersection of technology, economics, and customer service, contributing to long-term quality, energy efficiency, and functionality in our residential units and facilities. In this role, you are responsible for operational monitoring, maintenance planning, regulatory requirements, and coordination of initiatives. You also drive the shift toward more digital and data-driven property management by analyzing operational data and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure well-functioning properties, both today and in the future. Your main responsibilities • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of the property portfolio. • Ensure efficient and energy-efficient technical systems. • Manage inspections, service agreements, and lease-related matters. • Conduct procurements and monitor budgets and costs. • Coordinate technicians and property managers, and provide support on property matters. • Serve as point of contact for renovations and ensure that facilities and residential units meet operational needs. • Work in property management systems and contribute to development, digitalization, and sustainability. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with: • Post-secondary education in real estate, technology, construction, or equivalent experience. • Experience in technical property management. • Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and energy efficiency. • Experience with digital property management systems. • Strong collaboration skills, customer service orientation, and a structured work approach. • Driver's license (Class B). It is advantageous if you have: • Experience with procurement, construction contracts, and LOU. • Project management experience in renovations or extensions. • Knowledge of energy audits, environmental certification, and lease negotiations.
