Pedagogical Activity Leader at Kodcentrum
About Us Are you a teacher education student or do you have experience leading children and youth? Do you enjoy creating curiosity, explaining things in simple ways, and getting a group to feel: "Wow, I want to learn more about this"? Clockwork School Staffing is now seeking engaged and confident pedagogical activity leaders for consulting assignments at Kodcentrum. You will carry out inspiring activities in programming, digital creativity, and problem-solving for children and youth in Västerås, Eskilstuna, and Katrineholm. This assignment is particularly well-suited if you are studying to become a teacher and want to gain valuable experience in pedagogical leadership alongside your studies. About the Company Kodcentrum is a nonprofit organization that since 2014 has given children and youth the opportunity to explore programming, digital creativity, AI, and cybersecurity—always free of charge. Our mission is to give children and youth access to knowledge, role models, and context that strengthen their confidence, creativity, and ability to create, understand, and influence the digital world. Our vision is a society where all children and youth, regardless of background, have the knowledge, courage, and tools to understand, influence, and shape digital development. Kodcentrum works to reduce digital exclusion and broaden the image of who can understand, use, and create digital technology. As a bridge builder between children and youth, schools, business, and society, we create pathways into the digital world. Through collaboration with schools, companies, municipalities, authorities, and nonprofit organizations, we give more children and youth the opportunity to discover the creative possibilities of technology and develop their digital agency. As a pedagogical activity leader, you will be employed as a consultant by Clockwork School Staffing and carry out assignments in Kodcentrum's operations. What the Company Offers Kodcentrum offers you a ready-made pedagogical structure, relevant materials, and a joint introduction before the assignments. During the training, you will get to know the operation and target group, try out materials and technology, and practice how to introduce and explain the activities to students. You don't need to know everything from the start. Kodcentrum provides the activity-specific knowledge you need, while you contribute your pedagogical leadership, engagement, and ability to create a sense of security in a group. You will be offered: * a practical and operation-focused introduction before the assignment * ready-made lesson and workshop structures * materials and equipment for the activities * a rewarding side job with great social impact * experience leading children and student groups independently * opportunity to work with multiple activities during the fall Kodcentrum values continuity and wants the same activity leader to return for multiple classroom visits, workshops, and events. Your Responsibilities As a pedagogical activity leader, your primary task is to create a safe, clear, and inspiring experience for children and youth. You will prepare yourself based on Kodcentrum's ready-made structure and then lead the activity from start to finish. Depending on the activity, you may: * conduct classroom visits with activities in logic, problem-solving, and computational thinking * lead workshops in LEGO robotics programming * introduce tasks and explain instructions in a clear and age-appropriate way * help students who need support or run into problems * keep the group together, maintain the pace, and manage time * create engagement and encourage students to dare to try * staff an activity booth and actively welcome visitors * collaborate with Kodcentrum's staff and volunteers * handle and organize materials and equipment before and after the activity * conclude and summarize lessons and workshops During classroom visits, the activity leader typically leads an approximately 60-minute lesson and is responsible for ensuring the activity can be carried out independently. At certain larger events, multiple activity leaders work together. Activities may also involve you conducting the same workshop for multiple student groups on the same day. In this case, you need to be able to maintain structure, energy, and quality throughout all sessions. Here you get the chance to do much more than teach a regular lesson. You get to be the person who opens a new world for children and youth, makes technology understandable, and transforms programming from something unfamiliar into something fun, creative, and possible. You will meet students who may have never tried programming or worked with this type of material before. Your way of explaining, encouraging, and creating energy can be what leads a student to discover an entirely new interest. At the same time, you will develop yourself. If you are studying to become a teacher, this is a concrete and merit-building way to put your knowledge into practice. Your Profile We are looking for someone who feels comfortable in a leadership role and dares to take space in front of a group. You find it easy to connect with children and youth and can quickly build trust even when meeting a group for the first time. You are: * pedagogical, clear, and confident in your leadership * engaging and skilled at sparking curiosity * relationship-building and socially attuned * responsible, reliable, and well-prepared * self-driven and proactive * calm and solution-oriented when unexpected things happen * flexible and good at adapting your explanations * comfortable following a ready-made pedagogical structure It is important that you can enter a classroom with a professional and clear presence, create focus, and at the same time make the activity enjoyable and exciting. You also need to be able to stay calm and find solutions if, for example, materials or an app don't work as expected. For us, responsibility means that you arrive on time, bring the right materials, know what the assignment entails, and keep your commitments. If information is missing or circumstances change, you are expected to take initiative, provide feedback, and contact the responsible person. Application Is this you we are looking for? Software Engineer Team Lead
We're looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead who wants to help build our architecture, integrations, and AI-driven automation in a company with clear purpose and high pace. You'll work closely with the business and team, contribute to technical decisions, and see the results of your work in daily operations. You'll be part of a growing company within the KEYTO Group. This is a role for someone who thrives in a focused company with short decision-making paths, where you can lead our development forward. You'll contribute to the entire tech delivery, help drive AI solutions toward business systems, and collaborate closely with the rest of the team—all in a company where technology makes a real difference in daily operations. About the Role Together with your team, you'll shape the company's technical direction. Our core is built on Podio as a CRM system and an ecosystem of integrations toward invoicing, accounting, payroll, and communication systems—while we're driving a growing investment in AI and automation. You'll contribute operationally to technical delivery, from architecture to production, alongside the rest of the team. In this role, you'll spend most of your time on practical work—you code, build integrations, review code, and help shape the architecture behind our solutions. You'll work closely with colleagues and have the opportunity to influence how we build and develop our systems. Concretely, this means you: • Work operationally with the entire tech delivery: architecture, integrations, automation, and AI from idea to production • Drive and deliver custom AI solutions toward our business systems • Lead and collaborate with the team on technical development and planning • Develop and maintain a technical development plan together with the team • Take responsibility for security, operations, permissions, and data storage at the system level • Map and document the system landscape—how everything connects, where data flows, and why • Ensure quality through code review, architectural principles, and established practices • Identify together with the team where technology creates the most business value and solve those problems • Ensure high quality in technical solutions and deliveries Our office is located in central Stockholm. Your Background We believe you have approximately 3-5 years of development and coding experience, or alternatively a consultant background who now wants to go in-house and be part of a long-term journey. We want you to be curious, enjoy solving problems, and be able to take technical leadership. We'd like to see that you have: • Experience building and maintaining API integrations between different SaaS systems • Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)—preferably with understanding of infrastructure, security, and operations • Good understanding of data modeling and databases • Practical experience with modern AI tools in development or a genuine drive to learn for real • Strong system architecture competence—can think in modules, interfaces, and scalability • Experience with business systems (CRM, accounting, payroll, telephony) or ability to quickly get up to speed in such environments • Ability to communicate and document freely in Swedish Merits: • Experience with Podio, GlobiFlow/Procfu, or similar low-code platforms • Previously worked with staffing, HR, accounting, or CRM systems (e.g., Fortnox, Visma, Quinyx, HubSpot) • Experience evaluating and migrating core systems • Hands-on with LLMs like Claude, Claude Code, MCP servers, or similar AI development tools Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about solving everyday problems with technology and sees the business value of what you build. You seek understanding before seeking solutions, and you clearly see the connection between what you build and the value it creates for the business. You have a natural ability to communicate with people regardless of technical background and enjoy working in a team. You think it's fun to deliver things that are actually used, not to build elegant systems that nobody touches. You want to be close to decisions, close to the business, and see the results of your work in operations every week. About Us Veterankraft is part of the KEYTO Group and one of Sweden's leading players for seniors who want to work. We provide staffing and household services with a clear purpose: give experienced people meaningful assignments and our customers reliable help. We're a growing company with ambitious goals, short decision-making paths, and a culture where we do more than we talk. Application This is a full-time position with start date by agreement. We use a trial employment period and handle applications on an ongoing basis. Submit your application as soon as possible! If you have any questions about the position or our recruitment process, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
